When you contact us
We use your name, email, company details and message to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible engagement. If you use the form, this may also include the service, project summary, indicative budget, selected design and agency details you provide. We do not subscribe you to marketing.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), where applicable, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We retain enquiries for two years after the last contact. If an engagement follows, contract and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory periods.
How the contact form works
The form prepares a message in your own email application. You review and send it yourself. Entering details into the form does not transmit them to a Redonia server. You can also contact us directly by email.
Service providers and website security
Google Workspace provides business email and document storage. Cloudflare provides website hosting and network security for the published website. Technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request times may be processed to deliver and protect the service, on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure operation. Retention of provider logs follows the provider’s service settings and policies.
We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party marketing. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; applicable transfer arrangements include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Your rights
Depending on the processing circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send your request to our email address. We respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that month.
You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency: AZOP.
Analytics and local storage
We do not use visitor analytics, advertising pixels or newsletter tracking. Fonts are hosted with the website. Your theme preference is stored in your browser; see our cookies and storage information.
